At a meeting of the BID OPENING COMMITTEE to be held in the Louis Carbonell Board Room at the William Arnold Service Building, 1001 James Street, Key West, Florida on CANCELLED 1-12-10 at 1:30 pm. proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any proposals received after the time announced herewith for the opening will not be considered. THE UTILITY BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities in any or all proposals, and to separately accept or reject any item, items, bid schedule or bid schedules of the proposal which the UTILITY BOARD deems to be in the best interest of the Utility Board. ##################
