04/09/2004 ~ Stan Rzad and Jack Wetzler have been promoted to two newly created positions at Keys Energy Services (KEYS).

Rzad, a KEYS employee for 13-years, most recently held the position of director of finance prior to his recent promotion to director of administration, compliance & internal policies.

In his new role, Rzad will be responsible for overseeing compliance with all of KEYS policies and procedures. He will also be responsible for the purchasing section, including contracts and agreements. Additionally, he will coordinate the preparation and availability of Utility Board agenda items documents. He will report directly to KEYS general manager & CEO, Carl Jansen.

Wetzler, a KEYS employee for 12-years, most recently held the position of supervisor of accounting & analysis prior to his promotion to chief financial officer (CFO).

In his new role, Wetzler will oversee the budget, financial planning and fiscal reporting, and he will oversee finance functions. He will report directly to KEYS general manager & CEO, Jansen.

“Stan and Jack are very dedicated to the utility and have a strong understanding of KEYS internal functions,” Jansen said. “Their promotions are indicative of their continued commitment.”

Both Rzad and Wetzler bring a wealth of experience to their new roles. Rzad has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Seton Hall University and is a Florida Center for Public Management Certified Public Manager. Prior to KEYS, Rzad was the manager of accounting services at Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority and the controller for the City of Altus, Oklahoma. Wetzler has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Hofstra University. Prior to KEYS, Wetzler was the owner of Kaboom Gift Shop and vice president of finance for Caswell Massey, among other positions that span 32 years.

Both promotions were organizational changes, neither Rzad’s nor Wetzler’s previous job title/position will be posted.
