12/16/2004 ~ Heath Brundage, Storekeeper, received Keys Energy Services’ (KEYS) highest accolade when he was named Employee of the Year for 2004 at KEYS 10th Annual Awards Banquet held at the Grand Key Resort on December 11th.

Brundage has worked for the utility for three years and prior to his current position was a General Helper, Apprentice Maintenance Person, and Assistant Storekeeper. His main responsibilities include shipping, receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory items and general maintenance of the Warehouse facilities.

Randy Roberts, Fleets/Facilities/Warehouse Supervisor, said Brundage is, “a loyal and dedicated employee who is always willing to do what’s necessary to get the job done.” He added that Brundage, “is one of those employee’s who is liked by everyone, he always has a smile and/or laugh to give you – he’s a great people person and an excellent worker.”

Brundage says he enjoys his job because of the daily challenge it presents and the ability it affords him to work together with his co-workers.

Brundage was born and raised in Key West and graduated from Key West
High School and Florida Keys Community College. He is currently working on his Bachelor’s degree from St. Leo University. He and his wife Mayme have three children, Khylie, 8, Heath, 6, and Donnell, 11 months. In his spare time, Brundage coaches little league football and baseball.
