The Employee of the Quarter Committee selects an employee four times a year for this award. Employees are considered for the award after being nominated by their peers or supervisors. Final selection of the outstanding employee is based on several factors, which include attendance, attitude, efficiency, initiative, and job performance, among others.

She lives in Key West with her husband Terry, SR. and their son Terry, JR. (13). In her spare time Ham enjoys gardening, going to the movies with her son, and coaching the bowling team for the Monroe County Special Olympics.

The Utility Board will recognize Ham as the Outstanding Employee of the Second Quarter for 2006 and present her with a $250 bonus during their regular meeting on April 26th. Her name will be engraved on a perpetual plaque that hangs in the William Arnold Service Building lobby, and she will receive an extra day off.
