KEYS’ UTILIZES SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO COMMUNICATE WITH CUSTOMERS

07/30/2009 ~ Keys Energy Services (KEYS) is keeping up with the technological Joneses with their recently launched Facebook and Twitter pages. Both social media platforms will allow KEYS the opportunity to communicate with customers more directly and immediately to disseminate a wide variety of information.

“While KEYS’ website (www.KeysEnergy.com) remains one of the cornerstones of our communication efforts, our presence on Facebook and Twitter will reach a new sector of our customer-base and help serve as a new portal to the Utility,” said Lynne Tejeda, KEYS’ General Manager & CEO.

Signing up for both a Facebook page (www.Facebook.com) and Twitter account (www.Twitter.com) is free. Once KEYS’ customers have established a presence on one or both sites, they can perform a search to become a “fan” of the Utility on Facebook and/or follow KEYS’ updates on Twitter. For the less technically savvy, simply log on to www.KeysEnergy.com and click on either the Facebook or Twitter links on the home page to take the social media plunge.
