03/29/2016 ~ Keys Energy Services (KEYS) recently donated 90 linear feet of surplus lumber to a local non-profit organization. The lumber was used to create walkways between temporary work trailers during KEYS’ Service Building renovation.

After the completion of the Service Building project, KEYS’ Construction Manager at Risk, Biltmore Construction Company, worked to disassemble the walkways to preserve the lumber for additional use. KEYS reached out to local non-profits and partnered with the Star of the Sea Outreach Mission. Key Iron Works donated the use of a truck for the transportation of the material. The Mission will use the lumber to connect their mobile production kitchen to the education and teaching area of their new Community Kitchen.
