Calling Us Is Now Much Easier and More Convenient
Keys Energy Services’ (KEYS) TELELINK telephone call system allows you to quickly report a power outage, inquire about or pay your energy bill, update your account information, and find out other information about our programs and services – day or night, seven days a week – via telephone! Additionally, KEYS’ Automated Notification system will allow you to receive messages via phone or text.
Power Outages: Using the outage reporting system, customers can:
- Report an outage,
- Confirm the outage location,
- Receive any available information on the outage and our efforts to restore service, and
- Provide information on what may have caused the outage.
Pay By Phone: The new system will also permit you to:
- Inquire about your energy bill,
- Pay your energy bill, and
- Update your telephone number for our records.
Automated Notification System: The system will permit you to:
- Receive automated phone or text messages pertaining to outages and important account information.
We Need Your Help: In order for the systems to work as intended customers should ensure KEYS has an accurate phone number on file. By taking the time to update your information now, you will ensure a faster, more accurate response from KEYS.
